Services For Every Stage of Your Journey
-
1. Initial Consultation
A personalized starting appointment for women preparing for breast cancer treatment. We discuss anticipated hair and scalp changes, individual concerns and goals, and the Pink Crown resources and services available to help create a supportive plan before treatment begins.
2. Instructional Consultation — Cold Capping
One-on-one education for women considering cold capping or scalp cooling during chemotherapy. We help clients understand the process, what to expect, recommended hair and scalp care, available resources and potential financial assistance, and ways to prepare for cold capping before treatment begins.
3. Cold Cap Prep
A hands-on training appointment for patients and their support person using their actual cold-cap system. We practice proper cap fitting and strap adjustment, packing and preparing caps with dry ice, temperature testing, timing and rotation schedules, and efficient cap changes so the patient and caregiver feel prepared to manage the process on treatment days.

4. “During the Journey” Consultation
A supportive check-in for women actively undergoing breast cancer treatment. We assess changing hair, scalp, and aesthetic needs and provide individualized recommendations for hair preservation, scalp care, hair-loss transitions, wigs or alternative hair solutions, and other Pink Crown services that may be helpful as treatment progresses.
5. Cut, Styling & Guidance During Treatment
Individualized professional hair care as the hair changes throughout treatment. Services may include cutting, shaping, gentle styling, and guidance for managing thinning, shedding, texture changes, or transitioning hair while maintaining the health and integrity of the remaining hair and scalp.
6. Shampoo & Blowout After Surgery
Gentle professional shampooing and styling for women recovering from breast cancer surgery who may temporarily be unable to comfortably care for their own hair due to limited mobility, discomfort, drains, or surgical restrictions. This provides practical assistance while helping women feel refreshed and cared for during recovery.
7. Empowerment Shave — A Celebration of Strength
A private, compassionate experience that allows a woman to choose when and how she transitions through treatment-related hair loss. The experience can be personalized to include loved ones and meaningful elements, turning an often difficult moment into one centered around choice, dignity, support, and empowerment.
8. Custom Wig Fitting & Cut
Personalized assistance with fitting and customizing a wig to the individual woman. Professional cutting, shaping, and styling can help the wig complement her features, preferences, and personal style for a comfortable, natural-looking result

9. Chemo Graduation / Bell Bag
A celebratory gift recognizing the milestone of completing chemotherapy and the transition into recovery and regrowth. Chemo Graduation Bags include thoughtfully selected items intended to celebrate and support women as they enter this next stage of their breast cancer journey.
10. Post-Chemo Scalp Treatment & Regrowth Guidance
A restorative scalp-care appointment designed to soothe and care for the post-treatment scalp while creating a healthy environment for new hair growth. Clients receive individualized education on scalp health, appropriate products, gentle hair-care techniques, and a take-home routine to support their hair throughout the regrowth process.
11. Hair Regrowth — Cut, Style & Recommendations
Professional support as new hair becomes long enough to shape and style. These appointments help women navigate changing textures, uneven growth, new growth patterns, and different lengths through first trims, shaping, styling, product recommendations, and ongoing regrowth guidance.
12. Extension Consultation — Post-Treatment Regrowth
A consultation for women interested in exploring extensions as their hair begins to return. Clients can come in at any stage of regrowth to learn about available extension options, appropriate timing based on their current hair length and condition, maintenance requirements, anticipated out-of-pocket costs, and a personalized plan for a future installation. There is no obligation to move forward—the purpose is to educate and help determine when and if extensions are appropriate.

13. Light Extension Install — Targeted Fullness
A specialized, minimal extension service designed to provide discreet fullness and coverage in finer, shorter, or newly growing areas. V-Light extensions can be strategically added around the face, within areas of thinning, or among delicate new growth. They may be appropriate for women whose hair significantly thinned without completely falling out or during regrowth to help blend natural hair with toppers, other extensions, or additional hair-enhancement solutions.
14. Full Extension Install
A customized extension installation for clients whose hair has reached an appropriate stage for adding length and fullness. Using the extension method selected during the consultation, extensions are carefully installed and blended with the natural hair. Depending on the client’s needs, the service may include custom cutting, shaping, and color blending to create a seamless finished look. These appointments are generally 4–5 hours, depending on the extension method, amount and condition of the natural hair, and desired result.
